Our recent work with client Netscout is a good example of the dividends paid by solid messaging and strategy work at the outset of a campaign. Used to approaching the market with fragmented stories relating to service assurance, security and data analytics, the company was only making light inroads into the C-level audience it wanted to reach. Babel devised and drafted position papers to tie Netscout’s entire portfolio into C-level topics of interest: united under the banner of Digital Transformation. The company’s ability to talk to its audiences much more strategically resulted in a significant uplift in coverage quality and quantity.
