The Brief
To increase the visibility of Pay360 on LinkedIn, while simultaneously growing the profile of Managing Director, Stephen Ferry - positioning him as a thought leader within Fintech. Brand building, but make it personal. Challenge accepted.
The Insight
After a thorough deep-dive into existing LinkedIn stats, agreeing specific engagement goals, targets and timelines, we met with the man himself to hone-in on what industry topics aligned with both his interests and Pay360’s audiences.
The Strategy
Identifying the key themes, we created a full social media strategy and calendar of posts, designed to lean-in to Stephen Ferry’s own expertise, while also highlighting Pay360’s online profile, its proficiencies and adding its brand voice to hot-topics, industry events and other audience-grabbing issues. Babel took over the helm, increasing the regularity of posts across both profiles, adding considered and timely commentary to relevant posts and steadily reinforcing the voice of both Pay360 and its MD as a leader within Fintech.
The Impact
An almost immediate and obvious increase in engagement levels was seen across both Stephen Ferry’s and Pay360’s LinkedIn profiles. With almost 50% of tech buyers in the market roughly three times per decade, staying front of mind in this way is essential. Pay360 recognised that consistent, impactful and relevant visibility across their channels was critical to overall business success.
