

Dan Raywood
Dan Raywood has spent more than 24 years in B2B journalism, covering areas as wide as minicabs, garment decoration, mortgages and cybersecurity.
Notably, as a cybersecurity journalist he covered IT and information security for SC Magazine, IT Security Guru and Infosecurity Magazine. As well as writing regular news, analysis, and interview content, he was also an editor of other people's work including managing contributed content.
He also moderated weekly webinars, including editorial-produced and sponsored webinars (the latter involving working with sponsors to create engaging and interesting content), sourcing external and guest speakers and speaking to the live audience.
Dan also spent six months as a security industry analyst for 451 Research specialising in the areas of SIEM, log management and threat intelligence providers.
Most recently he was a product marketing manager for Tenable, working with Tenable's various research teams including security response, zero day, and audit and compliance, and is the host of Tenable's research podcast. This involved bringing the research content to the global sales team to enable them in their work, and bring stakeholders together to ensure delivery of larger projects including white papers, blogs and elements supporting product development.
As a freelance writer, he has written for outlets including Sophos Naked Security, ISMS, Cybereason and Assured, as well as for both Infosecurity and SC Media UK. In the past he has run a radio programme for FireEye, appeared on multiple podcasts and moderated on stage at a number of live events.
