- The salary for the People Operations Manager position is £30,000-45,000+ a 5% performance bonus after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION – SENIOR CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR
Working closely with senior management and the wider team, you will take ownership of client and team satisfaction and retention for a defined portfolio, as well as meeting agreed revenue and new business targets.
You will manage and plan the total picture involved in a growing client relationship with the support of the team which includes campaign managers (account managers) and the senior leadership team.
A Senior Campaign Director is a fully rounded PR operator who has a thorough understanding of the media and communication skills needed, and the business skills to grow their campaigns and develop their portfolio within the context and plans of the agency.
The role should be to develop strategies and activities for clients and oversee their execution, quality controlling all aspects of the clients’ programmes and relationship with the agency. A Senior Campaign Director should fully understand the role of PR in a client’s marketing mix and be fully versed in the activities of other marketing disciplines.

Working closely with Associate Directors and the wider team, you will take ownership of significant campaign areas or whole client programmes. You will translate client needs into campaign strategy and deliverables with the support of the team.

- The salary for the Campaign Director position is £52,000 + a 10% performance bonus after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
