MATRIXX Software expands into Middle East with new office in Dubai
Mountain View, CA, March 17, 2015 – MATRIXX Software today announces the opening of a new office in Dubai to support business development in the Middle East region.
The office will serve Communication Service Providers (CSPs) based in countries in the Middle East, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain and Turkey.
CSPs in this region are experiencing an explosion in mobile data, driven by the proliferation of apps, services and various smart devices. Data revenue is growing and will soon surpass the combined revenue of voice and SMS. In order to capitalize on this trend, CSPs are exploring new business models, capabilities, and services that help them monetize 4G investments, and new ways of delivering those services using customer self-service capabilities direct from the device. Leading CSPs will use these business models and capabilities to drive their transition towards becoming Digital Service Providers.
Cedric Dib, Director ME at MATRIXX Software, commented “CSPs in the Middle East face challenges including mobile data scalability, adding customer self-care capabilities and also devising new pricing models personalized to each consumer’s needs. Leading CSPs in the region are bringing their digital strategies to life to deliver enhanced value and new customer experiences. We look forward to engaging with them to bring innovative, high value digital propositions to the market.”
MATRIXX customers include tier one CSPs such as Telstra and Swisscom as well as emerging service providers and MVNOS. MATRIXX offers real-time enablement for Digital Services through convergent policy, charging, and analytics technologies specifically designed to meet the huge market demand for data, new apps and services, 4G network capabilities and Digital business models.
Dave Labuda, Founder, CEO and CTO of MATRIXX Software said, “Our expanded presence in the ME region will serve the needs of CSPs searching for innovative, cost-effective and proven solutions to taking their businesses online, and dramatically reducing the cost to serve their customers.”
