Ruckus Wireless Takes Top Marks in CRN’s Prestigious 2013 Annual Report Card (ARC) Survey of Value-Added Resellers

SUNNYVALE, CA – August 21, 2013 Ruckus Wireless, Inc. (NYSE: RKUS) announced today that it has been awarded the highest honors in the 2013 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC), outscoring competitors including Adtran, Cisco, Dell/SonicWall, D-Link, Emerson Network Power, and HP. This prestigious study is considered the definitive benchmark for measuring excellence in the IT Channel community and recognizes the top-rated vendor partners in the industry. To determine the winners, CRN’s research team surveyed more than 2,200 solution providers in North America across 18 product and service categories. Respondents evaluated the importance and their satisfaction with vendor partners on 18 criteria within three major areas: product innovation, support and partnership.
