Leapwork selects Babel to drive multi-market PR campaign

No-code test automation platform Leapwork has selected Babel to drive its UK and US communications programme as part of the company’s international growth strategy. Following a significant global expansion in 2021, Leapwork – which counts PayPal Ricoh and Mercedes Benz amongst its customers – appointed Babel to boost brand awareness in core regions and educate the market about the critical business need for automated software testing. Leapwork marks the latest addition to Babel’s rapidly growing portfolio of companies, including Ataccama, QT and Sonatype, operating at the core of software development for our digital economy.

Babel was appointed after spearheading the communications programme for Leapwork’s record-breaking Series B funding announcement, which resulted in a 29% increase in leads and a 26% uptick in website traffic. As a direct result of the PR campaign, over 150 pieces of coverage were secured, including in TechCrunch, VentureBeat, and Fortune.  Leapwork then opted to work with Babel on a retained basis due to the agency’s proven extensive industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and proactive approach to influencer relations. Tasked with setting the communications agenda for the UK and US, the agency outlined a clear strategy that will:

  • Support the company’s go-to-market strategy by increasing brand awareness and share of voice
  • Demonstrate how Leapwork solves a critical business challenge while enabling companies to supercharge transformation strategies
  • Drive awareness of the need for no-code test automation

Beatrice Askaner, CMO, Leapwork, said: “Babel has quickly proven itself to be a key partner in helping us realise our ambitious goals for growth in the UK and US. From the outset of the campaign, the team demonstrated a deep understanding of our business objectives and our target markets and has delivered results that are having a measurable impact on our share of voice. .  The Babel team is not only proactive and knowledgeable, but their strong relationships with key industry influencers are enabling us to gain significant exposure and brand awareness, with a heavy focus on strategic media relations and thought leadership.”

Ian Hood, CEO, Babel, added: “Leapwork is a pioneer in the no-code automation space and on a significant growth trajectory, making it an exciting addition to Babel’s portfolio of enterprise technology clients – a notable area of expansion for us. We believe that we are the perfect partner to raise Leapwork’s profile in its target media and achieve its international growth objectives due to our media relations expertise and our storytelling capabilities. Already, we have seen encouraging results and are looking forward to continuing to build the reputation of Leapwork and its core spokespeople in the upcoming months”.
